You create a scintillating pattern that weaves through the air inside a 8m Cube within range. The pattern appears for a moment and then vanishes.

Each creature in the area who sees the pattern must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or else become

Charmed
and
Berserk
for the duration. A creature that can see through illusions, such as a creature with Truesight, is immune to this spell.

While the target is charmed in this way, a madness glows in its eyes. The charmed target must use its action on each of its turns to make a melee weapon attack against a creature other than itself that you mentally choose, moving to it if necessary. The target can act normally on its turn if you choose no creature, or if you choose a creature that it would not be able to reach after moving.

On your subsequent turns, you must use your action to maintain control over the targets, or the spell ends. Also, the target can make a Wisdom saving throw at the end of each of its turns. On a success, the spell ends for them.
